Aeroflot – Russian Airlines took delivery of Вoeing 777-300ER jet. The aircraft was named after outstanding Russian commander, Hero of Patriotic War of 1812, Field-Marshal-General, Mikhail Bogdanovich Barclay de Tolly, press-service of Aeroflot reports.
"This is the third out of 16 Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, ordered by Aeroflot. New Boeing 777-300ER will help Aeroflot improve the quality of service, matching versatile demands of its passengers. The jets have a three-class layout: in addition to business and economy classes, Aeroflot offers COMFORT (Premium Economy) class of service, offering a number of important cabin amenities for a reasonable price: increased seat pitch, improved in-flight menu, baggage space, check-in and boarding on a priority basis”, - the carrier’s press-service noted.
This order is aimed at expanding the long-haul capacities of the Russia’s leading airline. These aircraft will play a significant role in the implementation of Aeroflot’s strategy in the area of route network expansion. Aeroflot is operating B777-300ER on routes to Bangkok and Phuket. In the network of summer schedule the jets will start performing flights to New York and Hong Kong, Vladivostok, Krasnoyarsk and Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, the airline noted.

At the same time Boeing 777-300ER is the most capacious twin-engine long-haul aircraft in the world – it can seat up to 550 passengers. Boeing 777-300ER Signature Interior is famous for larger overhead bins and high capacity. It is very popular among the passengers”, - the airline noted.
