CEO of Transaero, Olga Pleshakova, was named Russia’s most influential woman in "Business" category

According to the list of 100 most influential women of Russia, made by Echo of Moscow (Ekho Moskvi) radio station, Ogonek magazine, RIA Novosti and Interfax news agencies, CEO of Transaero, Olga Pleshakova,  was named Russia’s most influential woman in “Business” category , the carrier’s press-service reports.

«This list includes women, which are influencing the decision making in the area of business and politics, holding senior positions, or the ones defining the mentality of people due to their professional or public activities. Olga Pleshakova was ranked 3 rd in this category last year», - the airline noted.

The rating’s expert group comprised 43 people, for instance: Chairman of the State Duma, Sergey Narishkin, vice-premier of the Russian government, Arkadiy Dvorkovich, chief editors of some popular titles and the heads of Duma’s political parties.

«It stands to mention that CEO of Transaero, Olga Pleshakova, made the list of 50 most influential business ladies of the world in 2012. The rating was made by Fortune magazine (USA). She was the only representative of Russian business on the list», - Transaero explained.
