Sukhoi Holding Company signed contract with Malaysian Ministry of Defense on maintenance of Su-30MKM fighters

Sukhoi Holding Company signed contract with Malaysian Ministry of Defense at LIMA-2013 show on maintenance of Su-30MKM fighters, Gazeta.ru reports. The contract is assessed at $100 million. The contract assumes deliveries of spare parts and maintenance of 18 Su-30MKM fighters, delivered to Malaysia in 2007-2009 in the network of a contract signed in 2003.

The signed contract allows extending the operational life of engines and provides required maintenance in order to increase the operational availability of Su-30MKM fleet.
