Sheremetyevo is the best airport in Europe in terms of service quality

Following the results of ACI ASQ (Airport Service Quality) passenger satisfaction survey, Sheremetyevo international airport was named the best airport in Europe in terms of service quality, the airport’s press-service reports.

Sheremetyevo is the first Russian airport to top the ASQ rating and receive international recognition of passengers and professional experts», - the airport noted.

CEO of ACI Europe, Olivier Jankovec, underlined that “Sheremetyevo airport successfully combines the significant growth of passenger traffic with high level of service quality. This is a testament to commitment of the airport’s management and personnel to the company’s strategic goals in the area of service quality and passenger satisfaction”.

CEO of Sheremetyevo international airport, Mikhail Vasilenko, said: «We set an ambitious goal six years ago – to become the best airport in Europe in terms of service quality by 2015. Despite any difficulties our management and our employees have demonstrated unmatched professionalism, dedication to our business and met this milestone three years earlier».
