S7 Airlines announces the extension of its codeshare agreement with the Unified Arab Emirates’ national carrier, Etihad Airways, to now provide flights from Moscow to Melbourne, Australia.
The daily flights, with a convenient connection at Abu-Dhabi airport, UAE, depart Moscow Domodedovo at 15:20, arriving in Melbourne at 19:10 local time the next day. Return flights depart Melbourne at 23:05, and arrive in Moscow at 14:15 the next day.
From Moscow to Abu-Dhabi the flights are on Airbus A320, and from Abu-Dhabi to Melbourne on Etihad Airways’ wide-body Airbus A340.
Under the codeshare agreement S7 Airlines and Etihad Airways perform flights between Moscow and Abu Dhabi, as well as between Moscow and Sydney, Australia, and Bangkok, Thailand, with a connection at Abu Dhabi.
Etihad Airways assists passengers from Russia in obtaining an entry visa to the UAE. Passengers can arrange a visa via the airline’s website.
