The  8 th futsal tournament  and Spartakiad “The day of civil aviation 2013” was held on February 16 th – 17 th at Krylatskoe Sports Center (Moscow) . 24 teams formed by the employees of aviation enterprises from Russia, Kazakhstan and Lithuania have taken part in the tournament.

The team of Transaero has won the futsal tournament . The team of Vladivostok airport came in second and the team of Aerofuels came in third (the winners of the last tournament). The team of S7 Engineering got the 4 th place.

The team of Aeroflot – Russian Airlines won the volleyball tournament after defeating the team of S7 Airlines in the final round.
The team of  S7 Group has secured the team overall victory at “The day of civil aviation 2013” Spartakiad.

The beauty pageant “Miss Civil Aviation 2013” was one of the most remarkable events of the holiday. According to unanimous decision of the jury, Natalya Khrustaleva from Baltic Aviation Academy has won the competition.

The  futsal tournament  dedicated to the Day of civil aviation is the major sporting event of the aviation industry held yearly since 2006 .  The tournament is held with the support of Russian Ministry of Transport and the Federal Air Transport Agency.  The futsal tournament and the Spartakiad were organized by «AVIA.RU» website and “Liga Sobitiy” company.
