The specialists of Tupolev Company in cooperation with Chinese colleagues have completed the first stage of flight testing of a flying testbed derived from Tu-204-120SE aircraft, Interfax reports with reference to a source close to Russian aircraft industry.

"The first stage of flight testing of a flying testbed derived from Tu-204-120SE aircraft has been completed in China. The aircraft performed its maiden flight on December 11th 2013. The jet performed a total of 5 test flights", - the source said.

He said that Tupolev is responsible for development activities on the aircraft while the Chinese party is responsible for installing the special equipment.
