The third Interjet’s Sukhoi SuperJet 100 (SSJ 100) aircraft landed in Toluca (Mexico) on November 6th 2013. The jet joins two SSJ 100s currently operated by the carrier, press-service of Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company (SCAC) reports.
The jet was rolled out of a hangar at SuperJet International’s facility located in Venice (Italy) after completion of customization and signing the acceptance certificate on November 5th 2013. This SSJ100 with a tail number XA-JLV performed ferry flight from Venice Marco Polo airport to Toluca on the same day, SCAC explained.
The aircraft MSN 95028, piloted by the Interjet’s crew, performed its ferry flight with technical stops in Keflyavik (Iceland) and Bangor (Maine, USA). The jet performed non-stop flight from Bangor to Toluca confirming its outstanding aircraft performance.

The first two Sukhoi Superjet 100s are being operated by Interjet and they are confirming the high level of their operating reliability (dispatch reliability is over 99%). The aircraft have an average daily utilization of 9 hours, SCAC noted.
According to SCAC, the fourth SSJ 100 (MSN 95036) intended for Interjet is being customized at SuperJet International’s facility in Italy.
