Elena Novichkova, first female captain at Aeroflot

Elena Novichkova became the first female captain at Aeroflot – Russian Airlines. She operates Airbus A320 aircraft. It was reported by the CEO of Aeroflot, Vitaly Savelyev, via Twitter.

«Elena performed her first flight as a captain from Moscow to Munich and back. We would like to sincerely congratulate Elena! We wish you good health, well-being and clear sky!», - Savelyev tweeted.
