The “Master plan” for development of Domodedovo airport for the period until 2023 requires 197.7 billion rubles of investments. At that 11.9 billion rubles should be allocated for these purposes from the various level budgets, Interfax reports with reference to the projects in the area of company’s eurobonds.
According to the project, 65,4 billion rubles should be allocated from the federal budget for upgrading the airport’s infrastructure during the period from 2013 to 2023. Reconstruction of the first runway requires about 1,48 billion rubles, the second one - 15,282 billion rubles (2.6 billion – in 2013, 3 billion – in 2014, 3.86 billion – in 2015 and 5.772 billion – in 2016), the construction of third runway requires 20,1 billion rubles (3 billion rubles – in 2016, 4 billion rubles – in 2017 and 13,1 billion during period from 2018 to 2023). Reconstruction of the second maneuvering zone along with reconstruction of the existing aprons and construction of new ones will require another 28,59 billion rubles.
The state should allocate 24.752 billion rubles for construction of access roads. The largest projects are: access road connecting the airport with M4 “Don” route - 13.9 billion rubles, traffic interchange at the intersection of Kashirskoye Highway and Moscow Automobile Ring Road (MKAD) - 6,171 billion rubles, and reconstruction of "Podolsk – Domodedovo bypass route Ramenskoye" road - 2,175 billion rubles.
21.778 billion rubles will be allocated from the federal budget for development of railway service. 20.94 billion rubles required for construction of the fourth main track from Paveletsky Railway Station to the airport (5,540 billion – in 2015, 7.9 billion – in 2016 and 7.5 billion - in 2017). 838.6 million should be allocated in 2013 for construction of the second main track between Domodedovo – Aviatsionnaya – Airport railway stations.
The total amount of investments in development of the airport’s infrastructure provided by Domodedovo may reach 62,4 billion rubles (according to the project schedule 11.2 billion will be allocated in 2013, 11.8 billion - in 2014, 10.48 billion - in 2015, 10.57 billion – in 2016, 5.35 billion – in 2017 and 13.693 billion – during period from 2018 to 2023). 47.188 billion rubles should be spent on expansion and fitting out terminals Т1, Т2, Т3 and satellite during the period from 2013 to 2023. The expansion of cargo terminal will cost 2,256 billion. Another 2.4 billion will be allocated for construction of parking lots.
23.4 billion rubles will be raised from outside companies and funds. These outside companies and funds are expected to invest in construction of the following facilities: six multi-purpose office buildings (6.1 billion rubles), Cargo Village (3.5 billion), hotel located near passenger terminal (1,8 billion), maintenance hangar (2,6 billion).
