Federal Space Agency plans to increase the number of D33 satellites to 28 ones

The Federal Space Agency plans to expand the orbital constellation of D33 Earth remote probing satellites to 28 ones by 2020, Interfax reports.

"Today we have 5 satellites, next year we will have 8 ones, by 2015 - 12-15 ones and we plan to expand the orbital constellation to 28 satellites by 2020 and support it continuously", - Valery Zaichko, Counselor of the head of Federal Space Agency, said.
