Federal Air Transport Agency has unveiled the statistics on passenger and cargo traffic of Russian airlines during September and over the period of nine months of 2013. 

The passenger traffic of Russian carriers in September was 8 453 584 passengers (+8.4% as compared to September 2012). During 9 months of 2013 the Russian airlines have transported 65 140 196 passengers (+14.5% as compared to the same period of 2012).
 
The passenger turnover of the airlines was 21 319 941,75 thousand passenger-kilometers in September 2013 (+5.2%). The cargo turnover was 410 089,93 thousand ton-kilometers (-10,3%). As for nine months of 2013 thepassenger turnover of the carriers was 172 567 929,60 thousand passenger-kilometers (+15.7%), the cargo turnover was 3 684 207,74 thousand ton-kilometers (-1%).
 
In September 2013 Russian carriers have transported 85 481,65 tons of cargo and mail (-2.2%). During 9 months of 2013 the cargo traffic of Russian airlines was 730 322,04 (+1.6%).
