According to a rating made by one of the major American business magazines – Fortune, Olga Pleshakova, was put on the list of 50 most influential business ladies of the world in 2012. She is the only representative of Russian business in the rating, the airline’s press-service reports. AEX.ru

The rating includes the most successful business ladies living outside United States. It is published annually on the basis of analysis of the activities of the world’s largest companies from different economic sectors. The participants of the rating are chosen by the editors of Fortune by a number of criteria, including size and importance of the business headed by the woman, business situation and its trends, woman’s career and her prospects, impact on social and cultural environment.

«According to Fortune, Olga Pleshakova was included in the rating thanks to her outstanding achievements in the network of Transaero’s development over the last 10 years. Under her guidance Transaero became the Russia’s second largest carrier, which is continuing its stable development and improving its financial indicators», - the airline noted.
