Federal Air Transport Agency forecasts that the total passenger traffic will increase by 15% in 2012

Federal Air Transport Agency forecasts that the total passenger traffic in Russia may exceed 70 million passengers in 2012 (+15% as compared to 2011).

It was declared by the head of Federal Air Transport Agency, Alexander Neradko, on the sidelines of International Air Transport Forum 2012 (IATF-2012), RBC reports.

We remind you that Russian airports have serviced 65 million 426,3 thousand passengers on domestic airlines in 2011 (+11,5% as compared to 2010). 46 million 967 thousand passengers were serviced on the international airlines (+14,9%).

The passenger traffic of Russian airports increased by 12.9% in 2011 and reached 112 million 395 thousand passengers.
