Consultants will define the preferable trends, specify the ways of achieving the goals and necessary improvements of its infrastructure. After a short period of time (about 4 months) the airport’s administration will have a complete picture of preferable markets for short and long term prospects, practical steps necessary for obtaining gains and estimated level of costs.
Ulan-Ude-based Baikal airport located in the southern part of Eastern Siberia was acquired by Metropol Group in May 2011 in the network of development of the region’s transfer infrastructure.
