The scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors of Sukhoi Civil Aircraft (SCAC) has taken place in Moscow on July 12th 2012. According to the results of the voting, CEO of Sukhoi Company, Igor Yakovlevich Ozar, was re-elected as the SCAC’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, press-service of SCAC reports. AEX.ru
The Board of Directors appointed Vladimir Sergeevich Prisyazhnuk the President of SCAC.
