Federal Anti-Monopoly Service granted the AgustaWestland’s motion on acquisition of 50% of HeliVert’s shares

In accordance with the article 33 of the Federal law № 135-FZ “Concerning the Protection of Competition” from 26.07.2006, Federal Anti-Monopoly Service (FAS) has considered the motion of AgustaWestland regarding acquisition of 50% of HeliVert’s voting shares filed on 31.10.2011 in accordance with article 28 of the Federal law № 135-FZ, press-service of FAS reports. The deal covered by the motion will not cause the limitation of competition.

Following the item 1 of part 2 of article 33 of the Federal law № 135-FZ, FAS has taken a decision to grant the motion.
