The revenues of Sukhoi Company have reached the highest level in 2011

The revenues of Sukhoi Company have reached the highest level in the company’s history in 2011 $1,45 billion (47,8 billion rubles), said in the company’s annual report.

Sukhoi’s net profit increased more than 5 times from 989 million to 5,24 billion rubles. The company’s operating profit was around 7 billion rubles.
It is said in the joint statement of the Chairman of the Board, Mikhail Pogosyan, and CEO of Sukhoi Company, Igor Ozar that the work on the company’s major projects in the area of military and civil (SSJ-100) aircraft is underway.

The company stated that it has managed to increase the scope of its post-sales support and services. The revenues in this area have exceeded $300 million (about 20% of the company’s total revenues).

It is also said in the report that the salaries of the company’s employees have significantly increased as compared to 2010. The average salary was 28.1 thousand rubles in 2010 and it reached 33.3 thousand rubles in 2011 (increased by about 20%).

Sukhoi short-term debt has also increased from 29 to 34 billion rubles. It was partly compensated by the decrease of its long-term debts from 14 to 11 billion rubles. Thus the total size of indebtedness increased from 43 to 45 billion rubles.
