Russian airlines have transported more than 18.3 million passengers during the four months of 2012

Federal Air Transport Agency has unveiled the statistics on passenger and cargo traffic of Russian airlines in April and four months of 2012. AEX.ru

According to this statistics, the Russian airlines have transported 4 936 874 passengers in April 2012 (+14.7% as compared to April 2011). 18 315 687 passengers have been transported during the first four months of 2012 (+18.7% as compared to the same period of 2011).

The passenger turnover of the airlines was 13 310 364.71 thousand passenger-kilometers in April (+ 20%). The cargo turnover was 439 558.29 thousand ton-kilometers (+ 6%). As for the four months, the passenger turnover of the airlines was 50 511 948.72 thousand passenger-kilometers (+21.3%) and the cargo turnover was 1 588 712.66 thousand ton-kilometers (+ 8.9%).

Russian carriers have transported 81 815.96 tons of cargo and mail in April 2012 (+3,7%) and 306 711.48 tons of cargo and mail during the first four months of 2012 (+7.5%).
