The working conference on matters regarding readiness of Tu-204SM’s operational documentation has been held by Tupolev Company in the network of preparation for completing the jet’s certification testing, the company’s press-service reports. AEX.ru

The representatives of AR IAC and certification bodies of ASTS GosNIIGA and NTS PLG VS GosNIIGA, LII-TS, CTSBO GosNIIAN have attended the conference.

The specialists of Tupolev told about the progress in the area of elaborating documentation, regulating the flight operation and maintenance of the aircraft. «Tu-204SM’s operational documentation has been elaborated in accordance with the acknowledged international ASD S1000D specification, - Tupolev reports, - the interactive troubleshooting, nondestructive testing and airframe maintenance manuals have been elaborated for Tu-204SM for the first time. The operational documentation elaborated in the network of a single database will help improve the quality and optimize turnaround time within the framework of the jet’s post-sales support».
