AirBridgeCargo (ABC) – the Russia’s largest cargo carrier, has successfully passed the IOSA (IATA Operational Safety Audit) audit, the airline’s press-service reports. AEX.ru

IOSA is an operational safety audit program created by International Air Transport Association (IATA Operational Safety Audit), intended for assessment of operational control systems and control of the carriers’ activities. IOSA standard has some requirements on process organization, which help the airlines in achieving the high level of flight safety and service quality. Almost every ABC’s department has been involved in the audit since all the segments of the airline’s activities has been subject to IOSA audit: management system, control of activities, promotion of safety and quality assurance, planning and flight management, preparation and support of flights, technical maintenance and ground handling, on-board service procedures, provision of passenger and cargo transportation, security.
