United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) and Antonov State Enterprise have signed an agreement on cooperation in the network of An-70 project, UAC’s press-service reports. AEX.ru

«In accordance with this document, Voronezh Aircraft Production Association (VASO) will be manufacturing the airframe components, assembling the airframe and carrying out the aircraft final assembly. Antonov State Enterprise will be delivering assembled wings (panel, wing flap system, pylons and nacelles) to VASO», - the corporation noted.

The parties must specify the procedure and time frame for handover of work design documents by the Ukrainian party after the completion of development work and flight testing. After that the schedule of production startup at VASO may be elaborated, UAC explained.
