At that the labor input of An-148 production should be decreased by 25% by 2014.
The enterprise intends to take part in An-70 cooperation in future.
"The Board of Directors has paid special attention to personnel affairs. It has been underlined that UAC is not going to carry out the net reduction of personnel. For provision of economically viable implementation of production program the enterprise should have the following personnel structure: administrative and management staff, engineering and technical personnel - 30-32%; direct labor – at least 40%. Moreover, it is planned to increase the direct labor by 13% for effective implementation of existing production program. At present the enterprise needs about 200 more direct workers for implementation of its production program", - VASO noted.
The desired personnel structure will be achieved by reduction of the enterprise’s supporting services.
