Another Airbus A320 has joined the fleet of Ural Airlines

Ural Airlines has acquired the 23rd Airbus A320, the airline’s press-service reports. AEX.ru

«This time the aircraft has been purchased in Japan. It has been previously operated for 4 years by the local carrier and its total flight time is about 4000 hours. As well as the previous jets, this aircraft has been acquired under conditions of operational leasing. The jet has business class and economy class cabins and it will be operated on the airline’s regular flights. It is expected that the jet will perform its first flight from Yekaterinburg to Moscow soon», - the airline’s press-service noted.

We remind you that the Ural Airline’s fleet renewal program has been launched in 2006. Airbus A320/321 Family aircraft has been chosen as the basic model. These jets are very efficient and comfortable for medium-haul flights.

The airline plans to have 30 jets of this aircraft family by 2014. It also plans to acquire long-haul aircraft for performing non-stop flights to Thailand, India and Indonesia, Ural Airlines noted.
