Transaero will fit 38 aircraft with in-flight Internet system

Transaero will put into operation the first aircraft fitted with in-flight Internet, which is intended for regular flights, in April 2012, said CEo of the airline, Olga Pleshakova. AEX.ru

According to her, the airline intends to fit up to 38 aircraft with special in-flight Internet systems this year. The total cost of this retrofit is over $30 million.

According to Olga Pleshakova, Boeing-777 will become the first aircraft to be fitted with this system.
