The net profit of Aeroflot Group during 9 months of 2012 was $296,2 million in accordance with IFRS, the airline’s press-service reports. AEX.ru
“The Group’s net profit increased by $206 million as compared to 9 months of 2011 excluding non-recurrent effects and non-operating income from selling subsidiaries and affiliated companies (Nordavia, Moskva insurance company, Sheremetyevo refueling enterprise). The net profit of Aeroflot Group including non-recurrent effects and non-operating income was $383,7 during 9 months of 2011”, - the airline noted.
The Group’s revenues have increased by 54% and reached $6 020,7 million. The revenues from transportation have increased by 63% to $5 311 million. The revenues have increased mostly due to increase of the scope of works completed by the Group and consolidation of results of several airlines integrated into Aeroflot Group on November 15th 2011: Rossiya – Russian Airlines, SAT, Orenair, Vladivostok Avia", - Aeroflot noted.
The Group’s operating costs have reached $5 595,6 million. The increase of operating costs is caused by the increase of the scope of completed works and consolidation of results of several airlines integrated into Aeroflot Group on November 15th 2011, Aeroflot noted.
Following the results of 9 months of 2012 the Aeroflot Group has received an EBIT of $425.1 million. The Group’s EBITDA was $654.6million. The EBITDA margin was 11%. The consolidation of financial results of several airlines, which are being integrated into Aeroflot Group, significantly affected the Aeroflot Group’s financial results in the first 9 months of 2012, the press-service explained.
