The flight attendants of S7 Airlines will be wearing the new uniform, since December 1st 2012 – its color was changed from grey to crimson. «We tried to create the image of mindful, communicable and professional flight attendant, because they create the passenger’s first impressions regarding the flight. We have been very responsive to our personnel needs – maximum comfort, vividness and elegance. We are also launching another series of special training courses for improving the communication skills. We understand that the uniform cannot replace the smile», - Tatyana Fileva, Marketing Director of S7 Group noted.

The winter uniform has already been implemented and the summer version will be designed soon. The dresses setting off an attendant’s figure have been introduced in the uniform kit for the first time, the press-service noted.

«Our work is connected with constant movement. We should help passengers place their baggage and offer drinks and meals to each passenger – the new uniform provides the freedom of movement. Any uniform disciplines, but our uniform makes us feel comfortable. It increases our self-confidence. The vivid color elates and ingenuous smile helps to get on the right side of every passenger», - attendant-instructor of S7 Airlines, Anna Kornisheva said.

The concept of this uniform was developed by the designers of Rusmoda (Russia). «We have managed to create a classic womanish image of the stewardess. The main stress is the vivid and unexpected color. At the same time it combines ideally with the tone of skin and hair. The print in the form of spots, the pointed waist along with round collar and cuffs give softness to the strict silhouette», - designer Alexander Terekhov said.

The “green”, crease-proof and breathable fabrics have been used during creation of the uniform: wool and silk laced with artificial fiber intended for increasing the wear resistance and elasticity.

"The woman uniform kit comprises 12 items: crimson dress and jacket decorated with brand buttons, grey trousers and skirt, white and grey blouse, dismountable collar and cuffs, leather belt and head-dress with S7 logo. The man kit includes a three-piece suit and shirt. It also includes apron. The final detail of the image is green neck bowknot (for women) and necktie (for men)", - the airline explained.
