Rossiya – Russian Airlines have put the 12th Airbus A319 into operation. The aircraft was acquired in the network of operating lease agreement for a term of 5 years, the airline’s press-service reports. AEX.ru
Thus the airline’s fleet includes 32 aircraft and 18 of them are Airbus aircraft: 6 A320s and 12 A319s.
"The recently acquired A319 has a two-class cabin configuration intended for 128 passengers: 120 seats in economy class and 8 ones in the business class cabin. The jet’s registration number is EI-ETP. It was added to the Rossiya’s Air Operator Certificate and the jet has already started performing revenue flights", - the press-service noted.
The first A319s were delivered to Rossiya in 2007. The jets have proven their reliability, comfort and efficiency, Rossiya stated.
