«The judge Panfilova G.E. specified that the Aeroflot’s claim to SCAC and the third party– VEB-leasing on collecting 73 610 247 rubles is subject to return in accordance with sub-section 3 part 1 of section 129 of RF Administrative Code. Prior to the consideration of case Aeroflot submitted a motion on dropping the case on 12.10.2012», - said in the court’s files.

This refers to short-received subsidies set by the government decree number 466 for compensating a part of lease payments. Aeroflot asked for compensating the payments for ten jets delivered during a period from June 2011 to May 2012. The companies have tried to reach compromise on June 29th but they did not get on the same page.
