Il-96-400T aircraft owned by Polet Airlines has performed the first flight from Europe to South America on January 7th. The aircraft with tail number RA-96103 has performed landing at Sao Paolo airport. Aeronautical equipment has been delivered to Brazil during this charter flight, the airline reported. AEX.ru

The transfer order has assumed the urgent performance of flight and it has been prepared as soon as possible by Polet Airlines’ professional team. The airline’s partner was pleased by the order’s execution. The total flight duration was 13.5 hours.

We remind you that the beginning of 2011 was marked with the delivery of a large-sized equipment cargo to Australia. Il-96-400T freighters of Polet Airlines are performing regular flights from Europe to Asia. Charter programs also include deliveries of cargo to Africa, Australia and Oceania. The liner’s visit to South America has become another step in the area of Polet’s development, the carrier’s press-service noted.
