The president of Russia Dmitry Medvedev has demanded the radical decrease of the number of airlines in Russia, Interfax reports. 

During the meeting of crisis center for relief of consequences of Yak-42 crash under Yaroslavl, the president stated that he will give the corresponding instructions to the government. 

As stated by Medvedev, “the situation in the area of civil aviation in Russia must be changed radically”.
