Transaero has resumed its flights to New York

Transaero has resumed its flights from Moscow to New York on August 29th, the airline reports. AEX.ru

It has become possible after the official information regarding opening of the Kennedy airport, which has been closed earlier due to a powerful hurricane. The Transaero flight UN 1111 has departed from Domodedovo.

It is performed using Boeing-747-400 aircraft. The aircraft with the increased capacity has been chosen in order to deliver not only passengers of this flight, but also the passengers who have failed to depart earlier due to closure of Kennedy airport.

Most of the passengers have used the capability provided by the airline and rebooked their tickets on flight of Transaero performed on August 29th.
