Superjet International and Sukhoi Civil Aircraft plan to sell 1000 SSJ-100s in the next 20 years

As reported by CEO of Superjet International, Carlo Logli, in his interview to Kommersant, the company intends to sell around 1000 Superjets in the next 20 years.

"The sales plan for SSJ includes 1000 jets for the next 20 years. 400 of them should be sold by SCA and 600 — by SJI", - said CEO of Superjet International, Carlo Logli.

The main sales of the liner will begin in 2013, according to Logli.

"We should manufacture 25 aircraft next year and we should increase our output to 50 aircraft per year by 2013", - he added.

We remind you that during 6 years from the start of SSJ100 sales the firm contracts on 200 aircraft have been signed. In addition, the production plans are not implemented yet – 18 aircraft must have been built this year, but only two of them are delivered to the operators so far.
