Armavia’s SSJ100 has performed 250 flights as of August 7th with a total flight time of 617 hours.
We remind you that the solemn ceremony of delivery of the first Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft (serial number 95007) to Armenian national carrier Armavia has taken place on April 19th at Zvarnots airport, Yerevan. The liner has been named after the first astronaut Yuri Gagarin and received the registration number of EK 95015. The aircraft has been put into operation very quickly. It has performed its first passenger flight on April 21st from Yerevan to Moscow (Sheremetyevo) - Yerevan.
The flights from Yerevan has been performed to 20 airports of Russia, Ukraine, Western Europe and Middle East. The maximum daily flight time has sometimes reached 16,5 hours. The jet has fully confirmed its operational suitability on regional, short- and medium-haul destinations.
As for Aeroflot’s liner, it has performed 139 flights as of August 7th with a total flight time of 227 hours.
Sukhoi Superjet 100 (serial number 95008) has been delivered to Aeroflot on June 9th at Moscow Sheremetyevo airport. The liner has been named after the famous Soviet pilot Mikhail Vodopyanov and received the tail number of RA 89001. The airline has put it into operation on June 16th, performing regular flight on route «Moscow (Sheremetyevo) – St. Petersburg (Pulkovo)».
The flights from Sheremetyevo has been performed to St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Ufa and Yekaterinburg. Three daily return flights have been performed during 12 days (average flight time – 9-9,5 hours), 4 return flights have been performed during 2 days (maximum flight time – 14,5 hours).
