The Board of Directors has approved the development strategy of Aeroflot Group for the period until 2025 and the Program of its implementation. The main strategic goals of Aeroflot Group for the period until 2025 are: inclusion in TOP-5 European airlines by passenger traffic and revenues, inclusion in TOP-20 global players by passenger traffic and revenues in the world, development of transportation using the main hub in Moscow with a share of transfer passengers not less than 60%, provision of wide presence at the market. AEX.ru

The Board of Directors has approved a new organizational structure of Aeroflot and instructed Administration to make corresponding changes in internal regulatory documents of the company. The implementation of organizational changes will help unify the management of day-to-day operation in one functional block. A single center for planning and coordination of operating activities, including activities at base and non-base airports, crisis management, provision of product quality control and customer focus - will be formed. These changes will also allow forming of MRO function management in accordance with world’s best practice and provide  an efficient management of core assets while keeping direct cross-functional links between the divisions.
