The final test flight of An-148-100E with a tail number RA-61709 has taken place on June 24th. The acceptance of this aircraft has been started by the airline on June 27th. It is the first aircraft of this type out of two jets built by VASO for Polet Airlines.
Short takeoff distance, ability to use unpaved aerodromes, own boarding ramp – these are only few features of this aircraft, which make it unique for development of regional network, says the airline.
The range of this liner (4 400 km) provides a capability for the airline to connect Central Black Earth Region with regional centers of Ural and Siberia using direct services, and also open awaited destinations to Egypt, Spain, Italy, UAE, Israel and other popular routes.
