Aeroexpress will construct a new railway terminal at Domodedovo airport

Domodedovo airport

Aeroexpress, the company transporting people to Moscow airports and back, intends to construct a new railway terminal at Domodedovo airport, Interfax reports.

According to a top-manger, the existing terminal does not meet the requirements of the airport and Aeroexpress. "The new terminal will be roofed and warm. The construction will be started in the nearest future, design work is currently underway", - the corporate television of Russian Railways notes.

The project’s value is assessed at $17.7 mln (500 million rubles). The company intends to take out a loan in order to implement this project.

It is planned to put terminal into operation in the second half of 2012.
