Russian Helicopters will deliver more than 250 different helicopters this year

Russian Helicopters will deliver more than 267 helicopters to its customers, TASS-Sibir reports. CEO of the holding company, Dmitry Petrov, has stated this fact.

According to him, Russian Helicopters keep on increasing the helicopter production paces. The Russian Helicopters’ enterprises have manufactured 169 helicopters in 2008, 183 – in 2009, 214 – in 2010, and it is planned to manufacture 267 vehicles in 2011.

The annual increase of production rates in helicopter industry of Russia is 25-30%.

At present the ratio between helicopters delivered to domestic market and the ones being exported is about 50:50 due to increase of State defense order. However it may vary depending on the market’s conjuncture.

The ratio of civil and military products manufactured by the holding company following the results of last year was 70%:30%. "We plan to keep this ratio ", - said Petrov.
