Rosoboronexport, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and Sukhoi Company have signed a contract on development of draft engineering design of the aircraft in December 2010 within the framework of Vladimir Putin’s visit to India. It is the first document regulating the parties’ obligations on different project’s stages. PMF will be developed on the basis of PAK FA. The testing of PAK FA is being successfully carried out by Sukhoi. Two test jets have performed about 70 flights.
