These consultations are headed whether by CEO of Rosoboronexport, Anatoliy Isaykin, or his deputy, Igor Sevastyanov ".

According to the source, the replacement of “military” team by the “civil” team is connected not only with the failure of vice-admiral Borisov, but also with deep processes taking place in military department.

Thus, after the resignation of Vladimir Popovkin due to his new assignment as the head of Roscosmos, his former department awaits reorganization. And only after this Ministry of Defense will be able to assign the negotiators from its side.
