According to the State Secretary of the Union State of Russia and Belarus, the matter of delivery of the newest air defense missile weapon system S-400 Triumph developed and produced by Almaz-Antey to Belarus has almost been settled, Interfax reports.

"They will be based on the territory of Russia and Belarus. We have one territory without any borders", - said Borodin on the eve of MILEX-2011 opening in Minsk, the international exhibition of weapon systems and military hardware.

According to him, the cooperation between defense companies of Russia and Belarus is developing in spite of being almost destroyed after the collapse of Soviet Union.
