Israeli arms manufacturer Elbit Systems has taken a bill to the British court against government of Georgia regarding recovery of $100 million for supplied production, RIA Novosti reports.

"The bill has been submitted due to non-payment of sum due to the company for deliveries in accordance with several contracts signed in 2007 by the government of Georgia ", - said the representative of Elbit Systems, not specifying the considered deliveries.

Georgia has acquired 40 Hermes 450 UAVs from Elbit Systems earlier and the amount of contract has been almost the same as mentioned above. The Israeli company has also taken part in modernization of Su-25 strike fighters, produced in Tbilisi.
