Russian holding company "Russian Helicopters" forming part of United Industrial Corporation Oboronprom, and Brazilian commercial operator of helicopters Helipark Taxi Aereo have signed a contract on delivery of multi-role helicopter Ka-32А11BC. AEX.ru
This helicopter will be used in civil economic sector of Brazil for commercial carrying of industrial cargo as an external load.
Acquisition of Ка-32А11BC is a Helipark Taxi Aereo's pilot project on expansion of helicopters model range. The company may acquire more Russian helicopters of this model in future. In case of signing more contracts, the holding company "Russian Helicopters" and Helipark Taxi Aereo may look into the possibility of creating the joint service center for maintenance of Ка-32А11BC helicopters.
The delivery of Ка-32А11BC is planned on 2011. The certification of Ка-32А11BC helicopter is being carried out at the moment in Brazil. It is possible that this process will be finished in 2011.

Ка-32А11BC has been developed by Kamov design bureau forming part of holding company "Russian Helicopters". Serial production of Ка-32А11BC is carried out by Kumertau Aircraft Production Enterprise. More than 140 helicopters have already been built and introduced into operation in more than 30 countries of the world.
