According to Vedomosti, Transaero has been assessed at 26.9 billion rubles following the results of day one shares trading at MICEX.

Transaero shares have been registered on the exchange a year before last, but the first trading took place only on March 29th. According to the publication, 28 transactions involving Transaero shares have been carried out yesterday to the amount of 1,3 million rubles, and the company's capitalization was 26.9 billion rubles($950 million) following the results of last transaction to the amount of 880 000 rubles. This assessment is higher than the one made by Troika dialog last year on the basis of transactions carried out with company's shares ($456-581 million), but it is lower than the assessment of $1.2 billion made by CEO of Transaero Olga Pleshakova.

Transaero shares placed on the market are from the fiscal block (13,84%). MICEX has included the shares in the quotation list В. The company must place on market not less than 10% of its shares to be on this list.

We remind that Aviation EXplorer has reported that Transaero shares have been included in the MICEX's quotation list for the first time yesterday.
