VTB Capital acquires 5,91% of Aeroflot's shares

According to the airline's information, VTB Capital has acquired 5,91% of the Russian national carrier's shares. AEX.ru

As a result of this deal VTB Capital has acquired 65 617 243 equities which is 5,91 %. VTB Capital has not owned any shares of Aeroflot before.

According to the airline, basis for part alteration was "acquisition of equities by the specified entity".

According to Aeroflot's information, the issuer has heard of owned by the specified entity equities' part alteration on March 16th and the corresponding record regarding bankbook has been made on March 9th.
