Aeroflot accepts passengers for transportation from Tokyo with acquired from Aeroflot tickets for any flight regardless of departure date, without any additional fees, assuming free seats are available. AEX.ru

In consequence of powerful earthquake in the northeast part of Japan, resulting in human losses and serious destructions, problems with transport and power supply have arisen, complicating airline's work in the region. In spite of these difficulties Aeroflot continues to carry out flights to and from Tokyo in a strict accordance with schedule. The airline is monitoring the situation in cooperation with Tokyo airport's Narita (NRT) operations, embassy of Russia and Aeroflot's representative office in Japan. Special attention has been paid to flight safety.

In connection with emergency situation in Japan Aeroflot's management has decided to let passengers return their tickets on flights to or from Tokyo with departure date not later than March 20th without any additional fees regardless of ticket's fare. It is also possible to rebook to other flights with departure date not later than April 25th 2011 without any additional fees.
