The closed bidding for the research works under Perm’s Bolshoye Savino international airport (PEE) development plan has been launched February 24.

The researches are to cover the issue of the airport’s terminal general layout and the investment attraction. The bids should be applied by March 28.

The participants list include one Russian and eight foreign companies. Last year the region’s government has invited the interested parties to join the project for developing and managing the airport. The call has been taken up by АECOM, Global Investments & Management Fraport AG, Hochtiff and Changi Airports International.

The project’s implementation should increase the PEE annual handling capacity from 500 thousand to 1.5 million passengers.
