GLONASS group has been brought up to 24 spacecraft

According to Control center of Glonass system, the work on incorporating the Glonass-M spacecraft number 744 (3rd positioning phase), which has been placed into orbit on November 4th 2011 (11/04/2011), into the orbital group has been completed on December 8th at 11-42 Moscow time, Information Analysis Center of Roscosmos reports. AEX.ru

Now GLONASS orbital group includes 24 operational spacecraft, providing 100% coverage of Earth surface.
