A group of Russian inspectors will perform survey flight above USA using Tu-154 Lk-1 aircraft in the network of international Open Sky Treaty during the period from November 28th to December 3rd, the administration of press-service and information of Russian Ministry of Defense reports. AEX.ru

The flight will be performed from Travis airfield (California) and its maximum range will be 4250 km.

Russian and American specialists will jointly control the usage of surveillance equipment and implementation of arrangements reached on board of the Russian aircraft.

It is the 33rd survey flight above the territory of member states performed in 2011 by the representatives of Russian Federation.
