The Russian flag carrier opens sales campaign offering cheap tickets on the occasion of a memorable date, the Russian airline industry day.

The sales campaign goes on under slogan “Aeroflot. Air tariffs for the whole world!” Customers can purchase cheap tickets in the sales period opening on 27 January and running till 9 February 2011. The campaign is limited to economy class travelers and to within Aeroflot’s own network of routes, i.e. excluding other members in the Sky Team airline alliance.

According to the terms of the campaign, round trip tickets are sold for flights departing in February, March, April and May. The is one exception to this. The cheap tickets are not available for the popular holiday season 28 April – 11 May 2011, when millions of Russians go places while they are free from work on the occasion of the Victory Day.

Further on, Aeroflot says that the cheap tickets available under special terms come in limited numbers. Obviously, this rider is created with the desire to get people go and buy right away.
